Russian LGBT activists have confirmed reports of the murder of prominent queer activist Yelena Grigoryeva. Grigoryeva’s death was first reported by Russian news site Fontanka. The 41-year-old activist’s body was found with multiple stab wounds near her St. Petersburg home July 20, reported Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.
